Our Custom Made Arch Supports are made of high-quality Ethelyne Vinyl Acetate (EVA) – an extremely durable, synthetic material created specifically for use in inserts and shoes! Attention to Detail:
Arch Support assessments take roughly 45 minutes and are performed by our award-winning Chiropractor: Dr. Tammy Yuen.
Our detailed assessment includes a health history taking, physical-functional analysis, gait assessment, and finally a semi-weight bearing foam moulding of your feet.
We then will go over with you the various extra options to further customize your Arch Supports (i.e. for general use, high athletic use, boots, or even in heels!).
Once our assessment is done, manufacturing time is roughly two weeks, at which point, your Arch Supports will be ready for pick-up!
Claiming Through Insurance?
We Know What We’re Doing:
We process a ton of insurance claims for Custom-Made Arch Supports (known as Custom Orthotics in the medical/insurance world) and are more than happy to help you through the process. We regularly process claims with SunLife, Manulife, Great-West Life, GreenShield, Standard Life, Desjardins, Industrial Alliance & More! Bring in your plan details during your visit and we’ll be happy to explain how we can ensure a successful insurance claim.
Many insurance companies now require a Family Doctor’s prescription to accompany Custom Arch Support claims. We recommend you come see us first to perform the assessment and we will provide you with a summary of our assessment to give your Family Doctor, allowing them to write a detailed prescription. You can visit your Family Doctor during the two weeks we are manufacturing your Arch Supports, and we can add it to the insurance submission package when you pick-up your Arch Supports!
We call them Orthotics… That’s just the medical term for Arch Supports.
